Great news on this sunny day here at Biskit Towers. After long term drummist Andy Connell decided to quit and swap his sticks for knitting needles, the hunt was on for a new drummist. At our first rehearsal we thought we were auditioning a potential new drummist but as it turned out he was really auditioning us. Over the next few weeks "Sweary" Jon, Steve "The Hat" Birtles and Trevor "Gimli" Broxton were put under intense pressure to raise their game to gain the approval of someone who has been described in certain parts of the music press as "A percussionist who makes the late great Cozy Powell and Keith Moon stop rotating in their boxes and have a damned good listen!!!". The good news is that we passed our audition. Hoorah!!!!
The band has now entered a fantastic new era. A new drummist, slimming down from a five piece to a four piece and a slight change of musical direction, more towards the indie side of the Rock genre.
So with a host of new songs and a new drummist (who also does amazing backing vocals) we are proud to announce that Danny Short is now a fully paid up member of Broken Biskits. We can't wait to get back out there with the new look and sound. We are in the process of booking gigs so see you all around.

Happy days back here at Biskits Towers as Steve, Jon and Trev have decided that we want to carry on as Broken Biskits. We are recruiting another drummist to replace Andy and will be starting rehearsing with him soon. So watch this space for future gig announcements.
